Specify an FIBC bag fully
- Safe working load (SWL), for example 1,000 kg, and the safety factor: 5:1 for single-trip bags, 6:1 for multi-trip bags.
- Dimensions, top (open, spout or duffle) and bottom (flat or discharge spout).
- Fabric weight in GSM, coated or uncoated, and whether a liner is needed.
- Loop type and number, and any baffles to keep the bag square.
- Special grades: food-grade production, UN-certified bags for hazardous goods, or conductive (Type C/D) bags for flammable powders.
- Printing, and how bags are packed and how many fit a container.
