1. Who operates this platform

IndiaChinaB2B (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Concept Integrated Systems Autoparts FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, registered address: Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

2. What the Platform is

IndiaChinaB2B is a directory that connects buyers based in India with suppliers based in China. Suppliers may create a public company profile and upload product catalogues. Buyers may browse supplier profiles, download catalogues, and send enquiry messages to suppliers.

The Platform does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or act as a party to any sale, purchase, or shipment between a buyer and a supplier. Any transaction, negotiation, contract, or dispute arising between a buyer and a supplier is solely between those parties. We are not a broker, agent, or guarantor of either party.

3. Accounts

You must register an account to send or receive enquiries. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Supplier accounts are reviewed before their profile becomes publicly visible. Approval indicates only that the submitted profile met our basic listing criteria — it is not a certification, endorsement, or verification of the supplier’s business, products, or legal standing, and buyers should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any supplier.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any profile information, catalogue, message, or other content you submit. You must not upload content that is false, infringing, illegal, or that relates to prohibited or restricted goods. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-harvest, or automatically collect data from the Platform;
• impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use the enquiry feature for any purpose other than a genuine sourcing enquiry;
• attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or trade control laws.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any supplier or buyer’s submitted information, the quality or legality of any goods referenced on the Platform, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction, dispute, or communication between a buyer and a supplier, or from your use of the Platform.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or poses a risk to other users or to the Platform, with or without notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
