This policy explains how Concept Integrated Systems Autoparts FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), operating IndiaChinaB2B (“the Platform”), collects and uses personal data of buyers based in India, suppliers based in China, and any other visitors to the Platform.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, role (buyer or supplier), preferred language.
• Buyer profile data: full name, company name, country, phone number.
• Supplier profile data: company name, contact person name, country, city, phone number, website, product categories, uploaded catalogue files.
• Enquiry messages sent between buyers and suppliers.
• Basic technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

We use this data to operate your account, display supplier profiles to buyers, deliver enquiry messages to the relevant supplier, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

4. What is shown to other users

A supplier’s company name, description, country/city, product categories, contact person name, and uploaded catalogues are shown publicly once the profile is approved. A supplier’s phone number and email address are shown to buyers only if the supplier has opted in via the “show my contact info” setting; otherwise they remain private and buyers can only reach the supplier by sending an enquiry through the Platform. When a buyer sends an enquiry, their name, email, and company name (if provided) are shared with that specific supplier.

5. Cross-border data transfer

Because the Platform connects users in India and China and is operated from the United Arab Emirates, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the country where our hosting and database infrastructure is located. We take reasonable technical and contractual measures to protect data in transit and at rest regardless of where it is processed.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize it unless we are required to retain it for a legitimate legal or security purpose.

8. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored or visible in plain text. The Platform is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply role-based access controls, ownership checks on all data-modifying actions, and rate limiting on sensitive actions such as sign-in and enquiries. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.
